I LOVED my first time experience at Sports Clips. I am a women who doesn't like to be overwhelmed with fragrance from perms, dyes, and other toxic salon odors and found the environment very relaxing. I went from a long cut to a short fun cut I found on a website. Rebecca Lohmeyer gave me the exact cut I wanted and did a FANTASTIC job, she is so talented! She let me know what Sports clips has to offer. The MVP plan is outstanding, I may just stop by for a little pampering in between cuts. She also introduced me to a volumizing product that is light and has soft control with a very subtle scent, it is perfect for my new short relaxed cut. This is my new home for haircuts from now on.

Holy cow! My wife brought my son to this Business to get his haircut. She came home and it was all choppy, longer on one side than the other. But I figured oh well sometimes that happens. It’s hair it’ll grow back. So then I don’t know why I decided to go back and try again. Expressed my concerns with the last haircut and was told that it would be better this time. As the haircut went on I knew I made a mistake. When I wasn’t happy with the way it looked when she was done at first. Heather said that she was going to thin it out and it would look better. So she began chopping.At this point I did not want to express too much in front of my 6 year-old son that his hair looked horrible, specially since his birthday was two days away. I thought about trying to get it fixed but ran out of time and did not trust them to fix it. So after his birthday I called Heather (Store manager) and expressed my concerns and she got very defensive. I told her that I would not like to come back for 3rd try to fix it and would like my money back for last haircut. She told me they do not do return money. I asked for her bosses name and contact she would not give it to me. And then she actually hung up on me! Wow this is a business?? Then I called back was greeted by Ricky. I asked for the person above Heather and she said there wasn’t anybody above Heather. I expressed my concerns to her and she told me she doesn’t have to listen to this and hung up on me again. I am a paying customer That is expressing a concern and this is how they treat you?? So now I am a little frustrated. I called back for a 3rd time And was greeted by Britney! I told her I could not believe I just got hung up on 2 times. She told me I was being condescending and she did not have to take this abuse??? Abuse?? And she hung up on me. I am not abusing anybody I am a paying customer that is not happy with the service that they provided. This is how they treat paying customers?? So then I had to drive to the business sport clips 80920. I asked Heather to please take my information and give it to the owner. I told her I did not appreciate her and two other employees hanging up on me. She got defensive again and told me to leave. I understand if it doesn’t feel good when you screw somebody’s hair up, but don’t treat a customer like they’re doing something wrong. I’m still waiting to hear back from a higher power within this establishment. Save your hair! Don’t go here!

My 14 year old FINALLY is happy with a haircut. The stylist listened to him as I just dropped him off and let him take over. His mom was psyched with the outcome too. Thanks to the Stylist - not sure of her name since I just dropped him off and picked him up. Pretty sure she was the manager. Take care

Moved into the area 10 months ago. Have gone to this site 5 or 6 times. Tonight I sat in the chair while the young woman who cut my hair. The stylists talked amongst themselves about what to put on TV. It would have been nice for them to ask their paying customers if there was anything they wanted to watch. Last time I checked the customer was supposed to be their priority. Instead they turn the TV station to women's volleyball. No knock on women's volleyball, but not this customer's choice. And with a full room of men getting their hair cut not one of us was asked when they turned the station from sports news. The haircut was one of the worst I've ever had. Buyer beware. Inexperienced stylists and a serious lack of concern for the comfort of the customer. As far as I'm concerned, I will travel to get a good haircut and to be treated like my business mattered. Won't go back.
